- grave type and size,
- requested one-off or recurring work,
- existing planting and preferred timing,
- contact person and relationship to the right of use.
Design rules and responsibility
Before changing a grave, establish who holds the right of use and which design rules apply to the section. Individual planting may be restricted for communal, maintenance-included or tree-related burial options.
The cemetery administration provides binding information on planting, memorials, waste, commercial access and fees.

Keep material quantities manageable on the hilly paths. Use only designated water points and waste areas. Two free wheelchair-accessible toilets and two nearby parking areas are mapped; their current availability must be observed on site.
